Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy

By registering for any workshop or service offered by Research and AI Solutions L.L.C-FZ, you agree to the following policy:

1. Workshop registrations. Workshop seats are confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Refunds. Unless otherwise stated for a specific workshop or service, fees paid for online workshops are generally non-refundable after registration is completed.
3. Rescheduling / transfer. If a participant is unable to attend, we may, at our discretion, allow transfer to another available workshop or transfer of the seat to another participant. Such requests must be made before the workshop start time.
4. Cancellation by us. If Research and AI Solutions L.L.C-FZ cancels a workshop, participants will be offered transfer to another workshop or refund, where applicable.
5. Chargebacks and disputes. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank or card provider.
6. No guarantee of outcome. Payment for a workshop or service does not guarantee any academic, research, publication, business, or professional outcome unless explicitly stated in writing.
